🏆 Today, Magna becomes the only foundry in India with all three advanced sand reclamation technologies under one roof.
Long before “circular economy” and “ESG” became part of the business vocabulary, Magna made a conscious commitment to conserve one of the foundry industry’s most valuable natural resources: sand. For decades, we have invested in technologies that transform waste into value, reduce dependence on virgin resources, and strengthen a truly sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.
Today, that journey reaches another significant milestone. On 15th July 2026, Magna inaugurated the Omega Green Sand to Core Sand Reclamation Plant in the presence of Mr. Sebastian Rohland and Mr. Bhavesh Patel from Accelleron. Our sand reclamation journey now stands on three strong pillars:

Established 20 years ago | 500 tonnes/month capacity
♻️ Green Sand to Green Sand Reclamation
Established 15 years ago | 500 tonnes/month capacity
♻️ Omega Green Sand to Core Sand Reclamation
Newest addition | 700 tonnes/month capacity This milestone reinforces Magna’s commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles and contributes directly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:
