After a successful first cohort, we are delighted to have completed the second and third batches of our 6-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞, in collaboration with BorntoWinls – Carpe Diem India.

With this batch, 76 of our people have now completed the programme—spanning every level, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫. Because at Magna, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥. 💫

Guided by the wonderful Mr.Varghese Eipe, these six-day journeys asked our people to pause and reflect on how they lead, not just what they deliver. A special word of 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to Mr. Varghese for taking on back-to-back sessions across both batches with the same energy, warmth, and depth—his commitment made all the difference. 🙏

Over six days, our people 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐧-𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭. Somewhere between the sessions and the conversations, silos dissolved and stronger bonds took their place. 🤝
