We are delighted to congratulateย Selvan Yashwanth R, son of our valued employeeย Mr. S. Rameshkumarย from our Stores Department, on his outstanding performance in the Higher Secondary (HSC) examinations in theย Computer Science stream, scoringย 583 out of 600. ๐Ÿ‘

We are proud that Yashwanth has been honoured by theย Institute of Indian Foundrymen (IIF), Coimbatore Chapter, with theย Award for Highest Scorer in the HSC Examinations for the year 2025-26ย ๐Ÿ† last week. This recognition by IIF is a proud moment for his family and for all of us at Magna.
Continuing a cherished traditionย that Magna has proudly upheld for many years, Yashwanth will also be recognised with a Cash Award during our upcomingย Saraswati Pooja celebrations, reaffirming our commitment to encouraging academic excellence among the children of the Magna family. ๐Ÿ“š

After a successful first cohort, we are delighted to have completed the second and third batches of our 6-๐๐š๐ฒ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž, in collaboration with BorntoWinls โ€“ Carpe Diem India.

With this batch, 76 of our people have now completed the programmeโ€”spanning every level, ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ซ. Guided by the wonderful Mr.Varghese Eipe, these six-day journeys asked our people to pause and reflect on how they lead, not just what they deliver. A special word of ๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง to Mr. Varghese for taking on back-to-back sessions across both batches with the same energy, warmth, and depthโ€”his commitment made all the difference. ๐Ÿ™

Long beforeย “circular economy”ย andย “ESG”ย became part of the business vocabulary, Magna made a consciousย commitment to conserveย one of the foundry industry’s most valuable natural resources:ย sand.
For decades, we have invested in technologies thatย transform waste into value, reduce dependence on virgin resources, and strengthen a trulyย sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.

Today, that journey reachesย another significant milestone.ย ย Onย 15thย July 2026, Magna inaugurated theย Omega Green Sand to Core Sand Reclamation Plantย in the presence ofย Mr. Sebastian Rohland and Mr. Bhavesh Patel from Accelleron.

When the monsoon arrives, our windmills answer!๐Ÿ’จ
With the monsoon winds sweeping across Tamil Nadu, ourย wind energy generationย has surged โ€”ย clocking a record 57,000 units in a single dayย on 2nd July 2026. ๐Ÿ’จโšก

Ourย three windmills (1,650 kW + 800 kW + 800 kW), with a combined capacity of 3.25 MW, generated approximatelyย 65.89 lakh units of clean energy in FY 2025-26ย โ€” and with the monsoon off to a strong start, we expect FY 2026-27 to match or better this performance.
Every unit of wind energy powering our foundry is a step towardsย greener castings and a lower carbon footprintย โ€” avoiding an estimatedย 4,700+ tonnes of COโ‚‚ emissions annually.

And wind is only half of our renewable energy story. Our 4 MW solar plant โ€” now expanded with an additional 1.1 MW โ€” deserves a post of its own. Stay tuned. โ˜€๏ธ
