We are delighted to share the successful completion of a 6-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 conducted for our 30 senior leaders, in collaboration with Carpe Diem India. A special note of appreciation to Mr.Varghese Eipe, whose insightful facilitation and engaging approach made the programme truly impactful.

This immersive and transformative initiative focused on enhancing leadership behaviours through 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬, leaving a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 on all participants.🎯

With this initiative, 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 to have this advanced sand reclamation capability. The system is expected to be commissioned by 𝐌𝐚𝐲 2026 and will enable us to recycle approximately 600 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡♻️, significantly reducing waste and conserving natural resources.
