“PAVING THE WAY” To Global Standards

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and as an initiative towards “First Time Right” and meeting global standards in new product development, we have recently organized training programme on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to 32 process owners and product development team members. 📈

This 3 days training programme from 16/05/2024 to 18/05/2024 was conducted by TVS Training and Services Limited. All the trainees have actively participated in this rigorous training and came out in flying colors in the post training evaluation test conducted by TVS Training & Services.

Their participation ensured that our team received high-quality instruction and valuable insights during this APQP and PPAP training.

Enhanced Power Distribution Capacity at Magna

We’re thrilled to announce the installation of our new MV Panel with sufficient capacity, which will also power the Third Molding Line project. This upgrade enhances our electricity distribution system, ensuring greater reliability, safety, and efficiency.

This upgrade was completed in just 4 days including removal of Old MV Panel and installation of new MV Panel with minimal production disruption, supporting our continued expansion and innovation.

Diwali arrives early for Magna

As a tradition for last two decades at Magna, the Company is happy to share the fruits of the Financial year 2024 with our employees 🎁 .

The Company has finalised the profit sharing with the employees and has disbursed a portion of rewards in first week of June, 2024. This early disbursement is to ensure that the Employees face no hardship in paying educational fees for their Children.🏫

In this small way, Magna ensures that Profit sharing reward is spent for a good cause ! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

“Expanding Horizons” Third Molding Line Project

June 17, 2024

We are pleased to commence the formal inauguration of “Third Molding Line project” by conducting the ground-breaking ceremony on 23rd May, 2024.

This expansion project consists of a FBO V molding line from Sinto Japan (SINTOKOGIO, LTD. SINTO BHARAT MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED) and Eirich Sand Plant (Eirich India) with installed capacity of 1200 MT per month making a total capacity of 2000 MT per month. The Third Molding Line is expected to commence production in Last quarter of Financial year 2025.

This Third Molding Line combined with existing two molding lines will empower Magna, the capability to manufacture Cast products in range of 1 kg to 250 Kgs with competitive cost and precision quality.
