Magna is pleased to have inaugurated a comprehensive Tool Crib at its Machine shop.🎊

🎉The Tool Crib was formally opened by the Team from Accelleron, Switzerland, including Mr. Sebastian Rohland (Global Category Manager), Mr. Philippe Dorner (Technical Supply Engineer), Mr. Hannes Gruber (Lead Product Cost Engineer), Mr. Daniel Reinmann (Supplier Quality Manager), Mr. Vasanth James (Lead Supplier Quality Engineer) and Mr. Vignesh M (Technical Supply Engineer).🎉

The Tool Crib now provides organised pre-setted tools to the machine operators in a complete kit form.🛠️🧰

This improves OEE substantially considering the fact that we have multiple setups everyday in each of our machines catering to our low to medium volume niche.

We also believe that this improvement in productivity and quality will reflect in our Customer satisfaction.📈

In the core of our manufacturing process stands an unsung hero – the Kuttner Sand Cooler .

Our Kuttner Sand Cooler has performed silently through the summer ensuring consistent and required optimal sand temperature to manufacture the best-in-class moulds with excellent surface finishes and low rejection rates.

This silent soldier operates with precision, handling input sand temperatures between 45 to 65°C and cooling it down to an optimal 38 to 42°C.

Its consistent performance is crucial to produce molds of the highest quality, making it an indispensable part of our production line.
