We are pleased to announce that trials for our Third Moulding Line project, Sinto, have commenced.ย โœจ
This trial marks a significant step forward in the starting up of ourย new sand plant,ย moulding machine, mouldย handlingย systemย andย auto pour.ย We were honoured to have Mr. ย Alex Perez-Sandi, Vice President and General Manager, Mr. Rishabh Sinha, Director of Product Management and Mr. Janakiraman S,ย Manager Category Procurement โ€“ Castings, India Regionย fromย Caterpillar Incย formally flag offย  this milestone event ๐ŸŽ‰, recognizing and leading its successful launch.
Over the nextย two weeksย of trials, our focus ๐Ÿ”ย will be on:
  • Establishingย sand quality
  • Ensuringย moulding consistency
  • Optimizingย mold handling operations
  • Integrating and validating theย auto pouring systemย

Magnaโ€™s rainwater harvesting system has proven its #resilience ๐Ÿ’ช against the ๐ฏ๐š๐ ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž.

In April 2025, a sudden summer downpour unleashed a fury of 13 cm ๐ŸŒฉ๏ธ (7 cm in just 20 minutes!), yet our systems #efficiently โš™๏ธ captured this deluge. Our rainwater harvesting infrastructure absorbed the heavy rain ๐ŸŒฟ and helped ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ฐ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ.
