We’re excited to announce that Magna MasterCAST has recently added the Mazak FH-6800 Horizontal Machining Center with a 6-Pallet System to our production floor. This marks the first step in our journey toward machining automation, as we continue to expand our capacity—one strategic move at a time.

The machine was inaugurated by our esteemed customer from Switzerland, adding a special milestone to this advancement.

🛠️ 6-Pallet Changer System
Enables long periods of unmanned operation and continuous machining, boosting productivity and reducing downtime

⚙️ Multi-Part, Multi-Tool Efficiency

Capable of producing six different part types simultaneously, each processed through a 20-tool sequence, significantly reducing tool change time for every setup.

🔄 Parallel Processing for Single-Part Setups

Supports multiple setups of the same part, allowing parallel machining that enhances throughput and ensures consistent quality—ideal for high-volume precision manufacturing.

This is a major step forward in Magna’s journey toward smart manufacturing and scalable automation.

FY 2024–25: Magna delivers growth 📊 and shares success 🎁

We are happy to announce that Magna has achieved a turnover of ₹176 Crores for the Financial Year 2024–25, reflecting an impressive 23% growth📈 over the previous financial year with a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹23 Crores, 53% increase from last FY.

In recognition of this performance, the Board has recommended a dividend of 60% 💰 on face value for the FY2024-25.

At MagnaMasterCast, we continue to walk the talk when it comes to valuing our people 👥. We are pleased to announce a 40% annual profit-sharing (Annual Bonus) for our employees with disbursal beginning from 9th June, 2025 to support educational expenses for employees’ children.🎓
